Now, you can experience the thrill of an exotic KTM firsthand. The KTM Canic CXC cyclocross bike is designed for competition and equipped with all relevant technologies, such as internal cable routing, a SRAM’S CX1 Force 11-speed drivetrain and SRAM hydraulic disc brakes. Take back the KTM glory years with a Canic CXC. It doesn’t get any more fun than tearing up a muddy cross course. The KTM Canic CXC is at home in adverse weather conditions, but just as capable on local fire roads for some wide open, pedal-mashing good times. The Canic carbon frame and fork deliver stiffness under torque, increased agility, vibration dampening for comfort, and low weight for improved handling. The bigger dimensioned chainstay is better suited for high braking forces, at the same time the new shape significantly improves aerodynamics. In addition, the seatstays can be manufactured in one long piece for best bump absorption. The integrated seat clamp enables a shorter seat tube length in combination with an effective longer seat post length. Shocks are absorbed more efficiently, muscles fatigued less and a power surplus is achieved. Finally, SRAM CX1 hydraulic disc brakes offer great modulation and stopping power. The Canic CXA features a SRAM race-ready 11-speed drivetrain. The SRAM crankset features a cross-specific 44T ring and is matched to an 11/36 cassette, which provides plenty of flexibility for maintaining a comfortable cadence when the grade of the course or trail changes. A DT Swiss X 1700 two Spline disc-brake wheelset with Schwalbe X-ONE tires offer superior grip on for improved efficiency and a fi`zi:k Tundra M5 saddle will keep you comfortable for miles to come.
